Around 2010, the Luongo family’s world changed dramatically when Anna Maria Luongo was diagnosed with corticobasal degeneration. This was when their journey to living life well with progressive mobility impairment began. They shared their story with us, and how the patented design Mobile Stairlift helped them regain their freedom. With it, they’ve found Anna Maria can maintain access to their entire house — saving them the cost of moving or installing permanent home modifications. She’s also been able to enjoy outings with her family far more easily.
